The first stage is to shot blast the parts

As you can see, the part is completely clean and provides an excellent surface for adherence.

After this we machine sand large areas and seen faces, and sand by hand the rest. This knocks off any stuck shot and impurities. We then air-jet  to remove dust, and wet spray with specified pre-treatment.

Threads are masked and the item is carefully hung to avoid hook marks.

It is then powdered and fully cured.

Once cooled and masking is removed, we check every piece and package up ready for collection.
